Mark Newman is a chief analyst with 25 years of experience of working with ICT service providers and their technology suppliers. His recent research has focussed on digital transformation and helping both service providers and vendors to both develop and execute strategies and programs that deliver short, medium and long-term benefits.

Mark has deep knowledge of the new digital architectures, processes, capabilities and business models that enable corporations, cities and countries to transform and transition into customer-centric organisations. He delivers workshops and training programs on service provider innovation, IoT and smart cities.

Mark is Chief Analyst at TM Forum, trade association focussed on digital service provider transformation and smart cities. He also runs his own research firm, ConnectivityX.
