Marco is the Program director data and Chief Data Officer for the network and media department at KPN. Almost 10 years ago, he led the start of the ‘big data’ and ‘advanced analytics’ unit for operations. He and his team have developed analytical models from operational level to strategic level. Currently he is co-leading the data-driven-culture at KPN. His specialty is building the data-management-strategy and executing it with advanced analytics models, dashboarding and Artificial Intelligence.
