Klaus is Chair of the new ISG ZSM in ETSI since January 2018 (Zero Touch Automation) and Vice Chair of the NOC in ETSI ISG NFV since 2014. He is also a member of the Advisory Group in SliceNet part of the 5G PPP program, as well as Project Lead of the former NWMO (MANO Requirements for 5G) project in NGMN, with a focus on the definition of MANO requirements in the 5G Project. In addition, he is Project Lead of the NGCOR I and II in NGMN (Definition of Operations Requirements for Converged networks). He has been Senior Program Manager at Deutsche Telekom since 2010, previously he was Vice President Continuous Improvement for Operations of T-Mobile International, Head of Operations (SVP) in E-PLUS and GSM Radio Validation and Specification in DETECON. Publications: articles concerning outsourcing, international project management (Merger and Optimization of international Organization); organizational change management; Disaster and Business Continuity; Network Management of future Networks.
